Meet Caroline
Caroline Brodigan is a Relationship & Operations Manager at Doyle & Loughman Wealth Management Group. She supports the firm’s daily operations and works closely with clients to deliver a high level of service and responsiveness.
With nearly two decades of experience in academic administration and operational leadership, Caroline brings strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role. Prior to joining the team, she served as Office Manager at Mount Royal Academy and spent 13 years as Operations Manager in the Development Office at Thayer Academy.
A graduate of Gettysburg College, Caroline enjoys being part of the collaborative culture at Doyle & Loughman and takes pride in helping clients and colleagues navigate challenges with care and efficiency.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Together they enjoy traveling, skiing, and cooking as a family.
